I love this new amulet from Ajarn Sala Boon Khong of Chiang Mai as it is just so raw and bright!

This is a Phra Sivalee carved from wood that came from an old Temple and it is cut in such a rustic way that it is quite beautiful. Phra is the wondering disciple of The Buddha and is a deity that can be seen in many temples and on the shrines of the Ajarns, easily recognised with his walking stick and something over his shoulder. Here Phra Sivalee is riding a Tiger and the amulet comes with authority as well as Metta, Good Fortune and a calmness to your life.

Measures 2.75" and has no kata, just wear and go but keeping the 5 precepts is very helpful indeed. I adore simple, rustic magic of this type and the amulet looks like it came from another time and space.

  • Phra Sivalee was the closest original disciple of The Buddha and his Heart Kata is in many kata for other amulets because it brings good fortune.

  • I offer a 30 days return policy with a refund on receipt of the item but for some items I cannot do that as they need blessing again by the maker, some of whom I do not know personally. This is a problem with spiritual items but I will always endeavor to help where I can.
