I adore Thai spiritual metal work and this is a fine example of what can be done to aid tdevotees with the problems of life. This is from a renowned old monk called Luang Phor Key and was produced 6 years ago as part of his extensive range of items. The cast shows Kuan Im riding on a dragon in the clouds and has been gold plated using three colours of gold, which is quite stunningly well done.
Items such as this generally bring the top attributes of monks, such as Metta Maha Niyom and protection from all forms of harm or spiritual attack but here the blessing is on Metta in all its forms. Metta is perhaps the useful attribute in life and is eases the way through people being kind to us. I only have this one.
The amulet measures 2" and will be sent with the original temple box. It needs the Namo Dtassa chant and is a type of amulet that will only increase in beauty as it patina with age.
Pure Buddhist magic with a valuable metal and like all amulets of this type it has to be worn high on the body.

A Gold plated Amulet to Kuan Im by Luang Phor Key 2015
The Thai monks have produced some remarkable metal amulets over the years and generally add components to increase the potency of the blessing, such as old statues, metal work used in temples and even metal struck by lightning.
