A Rare Cave Mercury Amulet by Luang Phor Somporn

While in caves sourcing Leklai, Luang Phor Somporn sometimes focusses on other elemental items that can be found within, as is the case here. This type of Palaut is rare as it needs a trained person to locate it and work with it but it is useful due to the attributes it brings and the angel that protects it.

Types of mercury like this can be acquired through putting out rotten food but that is an action to get a Palaut that has a lower spirit, this one is protected by an angel. This is good for healing, protection against illnesses, curses, and black magic and comes with a predominance of the water element. It feels weird in the hand and from a preliminary feel of it, it pushes the mind up to the realms above. This would be interesting to meditate with and should be worn when asleep to allow it to work on the body.

With carrying the water element, it also brings good luck and fortune and smooths out life, which is akin to allowing water to lubricate the path of life. It is worth checking your element balance with Ajarn Apichai if in doubt that this would be best for you but the water element in this is almost a byproduct to its functions in bringing protection from the angels. It goes hand in hand with it and together these attributes improve the life.

Regarding care, these items just need a glass of fresh water each day and kata, no need for incense for these but can still use for other items close by. This is placed on the deity altar or deity level so they face East or North and actually only need food rarely as the resident angel in these can find their own or join in eating any fruit offered to the altar. The only time this receives a direct offering is on an important Buddhist day and once or twice a year is fine, it then gets a small amount of honey next to it. After saying kata you can ask it to help with what the type of help that this provides, and it is treat like a Leklai due to it coming from a cave in the same way.

Measures 1.25" and comes in a gold plated silver case and either the Heart kata for Leklai or Namo Dtassa, which cannot be written down but can be sent as a recording. It is taboo to write down that kata.

Legendary magic.
