A Rare Kuman Arm Bone Amulet by Ajarn Verataep - Good Fortune 2012

Ajarn Verataep is one of the greatest Prai magicians of this generation, and his early works were groundbreaking and terrifying in equal measures. Back in around 2017 I remember a small Mae Per that was so strong it interfered with my breathing, and he has just started to bring things from his home compound to his Samnak in Bangkok.

This is one of his old amulets from 2012 that were made in a traditional style of split arm bone with a Muan Sarn, and a Takrut pressed into it. These have been made from pieces of a boy that have been worked on by Ajarn Verataep, who is one of the most skilled magicians for Kuman Thong. It is his statues that I have on my Kuman altar.

I love the painted Kuman Thong, which will show more as the script wears off the case, and don't worry it is meant to wear off to pass the magic to your skin. My belief this year is that we need Kuman Thong magic to get as much good fortune as we can while Jupiter is under strength.

A classic of Thai Occultism and raw as hell, just as you like it.

This amulet measures a nudge over 2" and comes with Ajarn Verataep's Samnak kata.

A classic amulet for the ghost altar.
