This is a traditional form of amulet from Burma but more specifically, the Tai Yai who carry most of the unusual animal magic in that region. Phra Ajarn O is an expert with Burmese magic and is a member of a few sects, making him very well connected to some of the top magicians in the country.
These old amulets have to be made with carved animal bone (Tiger) and have two areas of silver on them that are a form of Takrut, which gives the feeling of very high magic - and now also cased in silver. These come from an old Kruba in Burma and are old themselves (75 years+ and you can tell by the patina), given to Phra Ajarn O after financial help to repair the temple having stored in a temple since they were made. With Burmese items of this type yes, the product they are made has to be very special and the ability of the maker brings the rest. There is a dire need to understand the Burmese system more and I will be going to Burma as soon as able. These seated Tigers have been blessed in Burma and then received a further blessing from Phra Ajarn O, who also added the extra Takrut that is rolled in the Thai style.
This is pure Burmese magic, something which is extremely difficult to find and have 3 functions
1. For Authority and a natural sense of being raised up.
2. For luck and wealth, as well as supporting the destiny of the owner.
3. For protection and safety from any dangers, ghosts, black magic or accidents.
I adore Burmese magic as it is so mysterious and the only kata with this is Phra Ajarn O's personal kata.
These measure 2.25" and as is usual with these, keeping the precepts and connecting with the mind brings the best results.
High Burmese Magic and it is very rare to find these old Burmese items now.

A Rare Old Burmese Carved Bone Tiger Amulet by Phra Ajarn O LAST ONE
Finding good Burmese magic is extremely difficult because it is kept with the various cults. Now that some Ajarns in Thailand are learning the magic, it is they who are passing on some of the benefits of the Burmese magical way.
