A Rare Prai Luk Om by Ajarn Best in silver
This is an unusual piece from Ajarn Best, which just shows how simple and effective an amulet can be when from a great maker. Ajarn Best is a local legend, a child prodigy for magic when starting as a young monk and gaining fame very quickly indeed. He died at a very young age after foreseeing his own death and remains an enigma to this day.
This is a great construction that consists of bone powders from a single female source (as is traditional in Northern Thailand), with a small piece of her bone in the back. When looking from the front, the right hand side has pieces of Pek, which is a traditional Lanna form of Leklai, and on the back there are a few herbs added. This is fantastic and rough, but it has all the elements needed to bring good fortune, protection and Saneah, which is why it deserved a fine silver case.
This has a real kick to it, and is a rare piece.
A nice size at 1.3" in its fine silver case and it comes with the Namo Dtassa kata.
Classic Prai Magic.

A Rare Prai Luk Om by Ajarn Best in silver
Prai Luk Om's are a simple way to bring ghost magic to your life as it is usually just a ball of remains with herbs and a blessing. These can be as famous of the Png Prai Kuman by LP Timm, or the work of Phra Ajarn Noo, who ground down the bones of dead soldiers during WW2 to benefit the living and the dead.
