I thought I should list a few real Buddhist amulets rather than you buying the unblessed rubbish online, and it is possible to get astonishing ones at an affordable price.
This is a wonderful old issue Somdet Amulet that was made in 2007 and blessed by Luang Pu Hong, who was very well known before his passing a few years ago. This is a beautifully simple Somdet that has a red gem as a heart and has been pressed from a mix of crushed stone from a spiritual mountain and plants that bring Metta. There is also a small ball of Leklai in the back of this piece above an image of Luang Pu, which is traditional for an amulet from a high monk. Just for your info, Luang Pu is 'venerable grandfather' and is a term of great respect and reverance.
This is an exceptionally well made piece that brings Metta and popularity. The Leklai brings protection from all forms of harm, including black magic and is superb to carry while traveling.
A fab piece spiritual work that measures 2.1" and comes with the original case and the Namo Dtassa chant.
This item must be worn high on the body and any prai worn at the same time would go round the waist.

A Stunning Old Somdet Amulet by Luang Pu Hong - from 2007
Pure Buddhist amulets (without Prai materials) are known as Puttakhun magic and they work in a gentler way but still offer sustained magical force.
