This is an exquisite amulet that encompasses to best of Buddhist magic as it is from Luang Pu Hong, a famous old monk who has now passed away. There are many forms of this type of amulet which are constructed using powdered stones from spiritual places, pong powders from the writing of magic, Buddhist holy powders, crushed plaster from old Wats and the dust and soils from famous chedis. These are then cast into shape, have three Takrut added of different metals, are painted and then fully blessed.
The powders used in this are exquisite and the casting is beautiful, which is why I bought it, it was impossible to resist especially as items from the top old monks are becoming more rare. This was made 8 years ago and is as beautiful today as the day it was made.
This is an exceptionally well made piece that brings Metta and charm, as well as protection from all forms of harm, which includes black magic. It was bought in the original temple box, which will be sent for authenticity and comes with the Namo Dtassa chant.
Measures 2.5" and is a classic of its type.
This item must be worn high on the body and any prai worn at the same time would go round the waist.
