The is a Golden Cock amulet from the renowned Ajarn Piya of Chiang Mai using Burmese Wicha via Kruba Yuan, an aged teacher of Burmese magic in the North.
Burmese magic relies on the abilities and the psyche of the maker and the quality of their herbal mixtures to produce potent pieces of magic, and this is an excellent example of that. The Yaa for this is called 'Gai Daeng' or red chicken and it is famous for bringing Saneah and Metta to the bearer. Much of Burmese magic is passed on as cast collections of herbs and each cult within the system has their own mixtures and techniques. This is a classic of the system and you can see the blood red mixture beneath the gold covering the shape of the chicken.
Burmese magic is mysterious and wonderful.
The amulet measures 1.9" and comes with Ajarns card and kata.
A Superb Yaa Amulet by Ajarn Piya - Burmese Magic!
Burmese magic is both mysterious and potent with different ways than their Thai neighbours. Much of the magic comes from the cults of the Weiza and involves mercury and strange techniques. There are also few amulets produced from the systeem and I endeavor to find what is available as there are devoted fans of this system.
