This is a very special Luk Om that is made of a mixture of earths and herbs and Mae Nua Hom, the prai that Luang Phor Pina used in much of his work. This one dates from the early 90's and is raw both raw and potent.

Mae Nua Hom kinda translates as 'Mother of the sweet smelling flesh'. It was derived from a nun who died in an accident but he used quite a few nuns over the years - and yes, it did smell sweet. This supernatural occurrance is rare, and I have only found one other example of this kind where a prai oil can be made only if the hair of the deceased smells sweet. The meat of the nuns used (I think there were 3 in  total - Mae Jon Pen being one of them) were highly potent as they were devoted spiritual people who happened to die a violent death. This substance drove the sales of his works which was used to build his temple, Wat Sanomlao, near to Saraburi, and this is an old Luk Om of it that has a raw ruby to the front and an old photo of LP Pina behind.

This is blessed for great fortune and is a rare piece that is now beautifully cased in silver.

Measures 1.55" and comes with Luang Phor's amulet kata.

A legendary piece of potent magic from the old Master monk.

An Old Luk Om with Mae Nua Hom and a Raw Ruby by LP Pina in silver

  • A Luk Om is a ball like amulet that can be made of any thing, from Puttakhun Buddhist mixtures to balls of meat from a prai body. I love them as they are both discrete and potent.
