I love Great Prai and this is as Great as it gets.

If traveling to Bangkok as a tourist today many will visit Wat Po to see the reclining Buddha and it may come as a surprise that superbly strong prai amulets used to be made there too. This is their classic. It was made in 1941 by Phra Ajarn Noo, who was a renowned old magician monk from the Thai side of the Cambodian border.

Thailand was  a perilous place in 1941 and Phra Ajarn made this Phra Kham bead for safety while traveling, and yes, this is one of the beads from a string worn at that time. It contains male bone powders from men killed in the War till that point and Phra Ajarn has used these Phi Tai Hong to benefit and protect the living.

I got this uncased and was amazed that this had such clout as it is beyond the time when the ghost will be present, it will have been born again by now so what resides is from the blessing of an incredible magician. I did not know the story when I got this, I just felt the potency and got it. It felt greasy like an oily corpse.

This version is the classic of this release and only being passed on because I have just found some more Luang Phor Pina that I want and am letting my other prai go to new people. I have the original kata and this is an important amulet for this time as it is purely for protection while outside the home, either traveling locally or in other countries.

A nice size at 1.25" in its silver case. It comes with the original kata and a card for authenticity..

Original old Thai magic does not come better than this.

An Original Prai Luk Om Amulet by Phra Ajarn Noo, Wat Po 1941

  • A Luk Om is simply a ball of active materials that brings various effects to the life of the bearer. Most are pure Buddhist magic but the ones with a real kick have prai, and they are both discreet and deceptively strong.
