Carved Burmese Bone Figures

Next I am selling the bone figure holding the monk bowl in the group pic.

Some fascinating items come to light while traveling round Thailand.

This figure is carved from the forearm bone of a female Phi Tai Hong of Burmese origin. It has been blessed for good fortune but in these cases the Burmese makers do not need to add a Takrut, the power is transferred through a long blessing process instead. The carvings are small, intricate and beguiling. They are also very rare.

Burmese Prai magic is difficult to find so don't dawdle on these.

This measures 1.5" and comes with the Namo Dtassa kata. Each is unique due to the nature of production.

Superb Burmese Prai Magic.

LAST 2 Carved Burmese Bone Figures

  • Burmese Prai magic is always so strange, and addictive. I would have much more but for the fact that it is really difficult to find. This style of magic from Burma is mysterious and beguiling, which are the best two words to recommend having these in your life.
