The Ong Kru Suriyan Rachaa Fire Leklai Somdet by LP Somporn

Please get an astrology reading before buying Leklai to check the element you need. Having the wrong element can either have no effect of be detrimental.

Leklai Suriyan is one of the most useful Leklai from Luang Phor and he makes them in various forms. Each has a deity within and it is the potency of that deity that seems to dictate the price. This Leklai Suriyan is the Leklai I wear after checking my astrology, and this Ong Kru is superb..

Leklai can carry a single element of Na - water, Ma - earth, Pa - fire, and Ta - air or a combination of all of them and each type brings different attributes above the Klaew Klaat avoidance of danger and Kong Grapan invincibility that is in all Leklai. This mysterious substance is becoming very difficult to find and sourcing top pieces from Luang Phor Somporn has been very helpful in understanding this reclusive and misunderstood material.

This is a superb Leklai Suriyan from Luang Phor Somporn and this Somdet measures 2.25"

All these Leklai Suriyan have 'jit' (spirit) and are for boosting the fire element, which helps with health and Amnat authority. The colour of these are all fabulous, which is apt as this is for the Fire element that burns through life, brings good physical energy, strong protection, and Amnat Authority.

If interested, please get an astrology reading with Ajarn Apichai and he will tell you which of the varieties is the most suitable for you as in Thai magic we need a balance of the elements within. Without this knowledge, the Leklai chosen may not help you in the best way.

The new understanding of Leklai via interviews bring a new understanding of Leklai for future generations, and I have been testing out the one most suited to me and am very impressed. I have balanced elements so could have used the one that lifts them all but Ajarn Apichai recommended the fire and water elements, fire to raise the health and Amnat authority (it gives me loads of energy) and a Water one for great fortune, Metta and to cool the emotions. The wind element is for a recycling of the energy and Serm Baramee, a raise in social status but that is even more rare than this fire element Leklai Suriyan. The Leklai most people know is for the earth element, which brings a good foundation to life along with the usual Klaew Klaat and Kong Grapan attributes.

Regarding care, these items just need a glass of fresh water each day and kata, no need for incense for these but can still use for other items close by. These are placed on a deity altar or deity level so they face East or North and actually only need food rarely as the resident angel in these can find their own or join in eating any fruit offered to the altar. The only time this receives a direct offering is on an important Buddhist day and once or twice a year is fine, it then gets a small amount of honey next to it. After saying kata you can ask it to aid life with the type of help that that Leklai provides.

This comes with Luang Phor's card and the Heart Kata for Leklai, which cannot be written down but can be sent as a recording. Just say which you would like, they are all the same price.

Potent and legendary magic.

The Ong Kru Suriyan Rachaa Fire Leklai Somdet by LP Somporn

  • Leklai is one of the legendary substances used in The Thai Occult practices and there appears to be many types. Some are metallic and have good weight, and some are light, almost like a weird form of jet and a lot more work needs to be done on this subject.

There appear to be many forms of Leklai, but it usually looks like a metallic element that is considered a living being of the Deva classification but a Deva that has been born on Earth. There are many varieties of this substance available on the market and more continually comes to light but much of it is of a dubious nature. Some of it resembles Haematite as it becomes like a mirror when polished and it also possesses magnetic qualities that are helpful to health. Other forms look like a meteorite, and still, another looks like a conglomerate of small black crystals, which has lead to confusion in this field as they all purport to serve a similar function for the bearer. Having handled many Leklai amulets, it is the opinion of the author that it can be placed into two categories. Firstly, a metallic and magnetic mineral that can be used by the makers to help cleanse the body, much in the same way as the plethora of magnetic amulets available in the world today and secondly, true Leklai, which can be from many sources and of many types. It can come in many colours and must have a property that is supernatural, in that it does not conform to the laws of nature. (The Thai Occult Book p456)
