The Takrut Salika Khoo by Luang Phor Timm 1975 - enchanted speech

Luang Phor Timm is one of the most famous magical monk in Thai history, and this comes with the original thread and a piece of his robe. These are made of gold, silver, bronze and brass Yants (making it a Chanuan), and have a surprising weight to them. They also fizz in the hand, which is a great sign.

The Takrut was made by Luang Phor Timm at a carefully calculated auspicious time, which was a Monday. He cut the gold sheet in the early morning, and wrote the Yant on the gold while he could hear the Salika bird singing. This means not many were made because the gold sheet had to be rolled and finished before midday.

The Takrut Salika has the great power for Metta Mahaniyom to influence other people to bring love and support for the bearer of this simple but effective amulet. A classic from the time of famous monks making remarkable magic.

These measure 1.25", and come with the Namo Dtassa kata.

Classic Magic that influenced the generations to follow.

  • Before this current period gold was not that expensive and could be used to make Takruts for special edition releases, which is not possible now. The gold was thought to bring natural prestige and good fortune to the magic being blessed into the piece.
