I thought I should list a few real Buddhist amulets rather than you buying the unblessed rubbish online, and it is possible to get astonishing ones at an affordable price. This one is a fabulous Somdet because it comes from a great monk, Luang Phor Up of Nakhon Pathom and it comes from 12 years ago when the Thai magical world was different from what it is now. Even twelve years ago this looks like a very old style Somdet and is beautiful for that.
Luang Phor Up died a few years ago and to find this old stock is very lucky indeed, and it will be sent with the original temple case. This somdet is of a classic style and has an inserted piece of Leklai to the rear and a temple stamp. It has been made from the crushed stones in a spiritual place as well as from crushed stones at Luang Phor's temple, Wat Thong Sai, which should be visited if you are ever in Thailand. This is a special piece. There is also hair in this Somdet but it is often not visible.
The blessing and many ingredients are there for Metta and popularity and then the Leklai is for protection from all forms of harm, including black magic and malicious actions against you. Top Buddhist magic for what is to come from one of the great monks of the last generation that has now passed away. This is a very special Somdet.
A Classic amulet that measures 2.1" and comes with the original temple case and the Namo Dtassa kata. There were a few versions of this released in 2009 and this is the one with Leklai.

The Classic Phra Somdet by Luang Phor Up in silver 2009
Pure Buddhist amulets (without Prai materials) are known as Puttakhun magic and they work in a gentler way but still offer sustained magical force.
