The Ong Kru Phra Rahu Taewaa by Ajarn Apichai - to renew the fortunes

This new version of the Rahu Taewaa is made from black Ngiew Dam wood for extra potency, and compared to the previous smaller version it has more Prai. More clout for your money from a beautifully carved and potent piece.
These have been made through the kata from an old Wicha. The full name for this amulet tells of a Moon that pushes its way through the shadow to clear the way ahead. This references the fact that life can sometimes be clouded by fate, karma, obstacles and problems, but this amulet aims help push you through.
The amulet is made through the knowledge of Thai astrology. The Muan Sarn contains the bone powder from a Phi Tai Hong, the powders from a person who died on a Saturday and was cremated on a Tuesday, and the bone of a dead pregnant lady. The sources of Prai came from 12 people in total, because of the legend of Shiva making Rahu from 12 skulls. The Muan Sarn also has the plant mix of Wahn 108, and Wahn Saneah Jan. The soils are from 7 graveyards, 7 temples, 7 rice fields, and the 4 corners of the city, and added to that was Yaa Chintamunee, Sompoi, the Pongs Maharat, Trisinghae and Ittijae, and a Lek Nam Phi powder.
Into this mix was pressed the Takrut Huajai Ratana Maalaa for the changing and renewal of the fortunes, and the Takrut Huajai Na Metta, because we are all going to need kindness from others going forward.
These Rahu were blessed from the old kata book to bring a universal power to turn the fate from bad to good, remove obstacles, over turn bad fortune/bad luck, protection against bad spirits, and people who have bad intentions. The Rahu brings good luck and fortune, prestige, and Metta Mahaniyom to bring love and support from the people around you. It also protects from accidents and natural calamities, all of which makes it important to praise Rahu at this time.

Rahu is famous for the attribute of Serm Duang, which is the attribute of refreshing the lines of fate and lifting the fortunes, and it is why the people of this region turn to Rahu when things get tough. Rahu likes to have offerings on the full moon and Buddhist days, enjoying preferably 8 black foods and candles, the details of which will be given to the buyer. It is OK to give 5 if it is easier, because praising him can help everyone. I love Rahu as he is an extremely rewarding deity if praised correctly, so believe me when I say that if your start with 5 foods, you will soon be doing 8. Rahu is awesome.

This are such beautiful Rahu amulets with the world covered out in gold leaf.

It's no wonder these have been a popular release.

This measures 2.25" and comes with Ajarn's card and kata.

Efficient magic for the renewal of luck and fate - and these face EAST on the deity altar at the lowest level despite having Prai. If Rahu faces West he faces the shadow, which is bad because he IS the shadow.

  • The Rahu talisman is an ancient invocation of Brahmin forces to realign the lines of fate into a more favourable direction. He has specific needs and the best ones are made from one eyed coconut, which can bring a surprising clout to the item. Rarely prai in nature but they can be made from a galaa that has been used in funerary practices of old or to mix materials for spells and incantations.

It is considered extremely difficult to contact the higher gods, but Rahu is a little easier as he can be regarded as being half god and half devil. Many people have a period in life where their luck is bad, business is terrible, and there are many problems; then this is the time to pray to Rahu to clear away the negative elements in life and bring better things.
