The Phor Ngang Prai Luat by Ajarn Apichai

This was made from the book of a Tai Yai Ajarn which uses the blood of the Ajarn who makes it as a source of power and to give praise to the Ngang. The blood came from Ajarns calf, which represents stability and this was mixed with the blood of a pregnant woman who drowned as well as blood from a man who died in a road accident.

The body of the Ngang itself was made of a mix of soils from 7 graveyards, 7 temples, 7 shores and 7 areas that bound Chiang Mai. These soils have been mixed with the ashes from a dead pregnant lady, Prai Tai Hong and the ashes from a man who died on Saturday and was cremated on Tuesday. There is also a section of Panneng from the same dead pregnant lady that was the source of some of the ashes. The herb content includes Waan 108, an old NMP oil for Saneah and then an old prai oil that was used to fill the Takrut.

Ajarn drew his own blood from his calf when having a tattoo because when a Ngang has the blood from the maker it gives it more power, the Wicca for which comes from a book of Tai Yai magic. This blood was added to a NMP mixed with the blood of a dead pregnant woman, which was collected during the funeral when they take out the baby before cremating separately. There was another blood used as well, the blood and a bit of brain from a man killed in a road accident. These ingredients were all used in the red substance on the face of the Phra Ngang.

This Phra Ngang is fantastic for sex attraction and saneah, great fortune, popularity and protection from all forms of harm through the blood of Ajarn Apichai.

  • Phra Ngang is a very popular deity that helps with all wishes, Maha Saneah and Chok Larb (wealth) and is regarded as the closest to the human heart, so easy to connect with.

Of all the spirits and deities discussed in this book, Phra Ngang has the best chance of becoming a worldwide phenomenon. There are no reliable reference materials on him, not even a Wikipedia post, but he is the one that Westerners seem to be attracted to the most due to his nature and sensibilities . Of all the Thai deities, Phra Ngang is considered easy to relate to and is thought to be the closest to understanding the human heart . From this aspect, it is easy to understand the modern phenomenon of Phra Ngang, which has its subculture in Asia with associated chat sites, and even Facebook pages. On one of these is a steady stream of posted photos of various Phra Ngang for people to admire, comment on and be jealous of.
