The Phra Lak Takrut by Luang Phor Kalong - Super Saneah 2007
Luang Phor Kalong is recognised as one of Thailand’s true Guru Monks who was a high practitioner of meditation, telepathy and magical incantations. He was born in 1919 and as with many monks of the great generation he was recognised as a supernatural being at an early age. His mother named him Kalong – which means “flying crow”.
Luang Phor Kalong had an extra tooth in the centre of his upper palate since birth. This tooth has a similarity to Hanuman from the Ramayana epic, where he has a mystical crystal fang. LP Kalong was hence perceived by nature to be a miraculous monk. It is also why he is also known as Khiew Geow, which means “crystal tooth”.
He studied magic from many old masters of high repute at a time when a refuge could be found in nature to hone the skills that had been passed to him. He was particularly famous for his Pujow Samingprai amulets because he had been passed the knowledge of an old famous monk called Luang Phor Kukan, and his Pujow Samingprai are now highly valued. There were stories told of him meeting Pujow Samingprai in dreams and through visions, and I know where a couple are if anyone wants them ($225).
The art of Phra Lak is profoundly deep, intricate, and mystical, and the Wicha that Luang Pu Kalong learned directly from the royal court. Those who worship it will receive the power of charm, mercy, popularity, good fortune, and support from others, leading to great prosperity in life. The gift of Metta of this level also inherently provides protection. Before leaving home to meet anyone, circle this amulet clockwise around your face, recalling that it's as if you have the Phra Lak mask on your face, smiling brightly (Luang Phor is holding his Phra Lak mask in his photo above). While chanting the mantra, recall the face of the person you are going to meet, and you will become charming to that person. When they meet you, they will feel fond of you, as if you are a close relative or friend.
If you wish to use this Phra Lak amulet to make holy water, chant the mantra while the Takrut is in the water, and then use the water to anoint your face for charm. This takrut will bring support from everyone, humans and devas alike.
This Phra Lak Takrut is made from copper, braided with rope, covered with special powder, lacquered and gilded. It went through a multitude of blessing ceremonies at many important WatsBefore finally being ready to use in 2007. These comes from old stock and have never been worn.

Takruts have exceptional power. They hold the spell for activating an amulet and are underestimated. It is my intention to have Ajarn Tui make a range of very unusual Takruts for specific magic that we all need.
