A Silver Ganesha Dancing on a Rat by LP Klai 2006 - money/business
I love going through old stock and there’s always surprises, such as finding this silver Ganesh figure from a renowned old monk from 2006! It was sold at the original price, hence this being very affordable.
This edition caused a sensation among spirit mediums when it was released, and upon holding the amulet, Luang Phor Klai reportedly exclaimed, "This is how Ganesha must be built and consecrated; this is a true Ganesha consecration."
The Vision and the Cave
Luang Phor Klai had a vision of a cave and heard a voice instructing him to reside there. The vision provided the exact date, location, and directions. Following these instructions, he discovered a cave called Tham Tanot, and while practicing meditation inside it, he had a vision of the Tripitaka (Buddhist scriptures) floating toward him. Shortly after, this he achieved total mastery of the Patimokkha (monastic rules). Throughout his stay, he encountered spirits and celestial beings who visited daily to teach him various occult sciences, leading him to credit the cave for nearly all the spiritual knowledge he possesses.
A subsequent vision told him to build a temple (Wat Khao Tham Taphab). Upon arriving at the site, the former abbot had just passed away, and after the locals witnessed his spiritual merit, they invited him to become the abbot. Remarkably, Luang Phor Klai raised 15 million Baht to build the ordination hall within five years without asking for a single cent in donations.
The Origin of the Dancing Ganesha
While staying at Tham Tanot, LP Klai saw a vision of Ganesha with ears as large as winnowing baskets, standing atop a pile of skulls. Ganesha commanded that once the ordination hall was finished, Luang Phor should create small statues of him in a dancing posture trampling a fierce rat. Then Ganesha promised to come and assist in the consecration himself, and during the consecration ritual, Luang Phor witnessed Ganesha appear and manifest into countless smaller forms, descending into every single amulet to dwell within them.
