   This amulet is made from a combination of Jindamanee medicine powder, Isasaya medicine powder of the Tai Yai people, the Tai Yai's "Five Buddhas" sacred powder, "Phi Lu" medicine powder, and "Sompoi Mon" medicine powder. It also contains various other potent powders such as "Phong Ya Kae Ya" (curse-breaking powder), "Phong Ya Maha Prab" (great suppression powder), "Phong Ya Maha Wiset" (great magical powder), powder from 33 of Luang Pu Suk's sacred incantation manuals, powder to protect against bad fortune from eclipses, Black Galingale, "Wan Sam Phan Tamlueng" (a type of medicinal vine), "Wan Maha Ra-ngap" (a powerful protective herb), "Phong Trinisinghe" (a sacred Yant powder), "Phong Phra Chao 16 Phra Ong" (16 Buddhas sacred powder), powders of the four elements, 108 types of sacred herbs, and many other medicinal herb powders which were ground to form the base material. The majority of these medicinal herbs have properties for treating illnesses according to Thai traditional medicine, as well as spiritual power believed to cure and prevent sickness, including protection against epidemics.
   This amulet is consecrated by combining the Lanna"Wicha Lalai Thaat" (The Art of Dissolving Elements) and the "Wicha Arokhaya" (The Art of Health) from the grimoire of Luang Pu Suk.
   The Wicha Lalai That is an ancient science related to healing diseases. It focuses on the primary, light, hot, and cold elements within the body, which can affect health and cause illness. This science aims to rebalance these elements, restoring health and strength. 
   The Wicha Arokhaya is a magical art derived from the Pāli phrase “Ārogyā paramā lābhā,” which means "Health is the greatest fortune." It is believed to provide protection against all forms of sickness.
   The amulet is molded in the image of a Buddha scooping "divine rice" (a "magical medicine") from an alms bowl, seated upon Hanuman. The act of eating divine rice is symbolic of good physical health, being able to eat and sleep well, and living in abundance. Hanuman is a deity who cannot be killed. Even a gust of wind can restore his strength, and here the wind is likened to life and breath. Furthermore, Hanuman helps protect against misfortune caused by the planet Saturn, which is believed to influence health and illness. The combination of all these elements and sciences creates a perfectly complete sacred amulet.
   The power of the medicinal herbs and magical incantations helps to protect against sickness, disease, danger, and epidemics. It is believed that the bearer will not fall gravely ill or die from terrible diseases or plagues. It also protects against black magic and malevolent curses that cause illness.
