The Bespoke Nang Prai Tanee Amulet by Ajarn Apichai - Popularity and Protection
The Prai Tanee Wicha is one that Ajarn Apichai is confident in because he fully studied it from Luang Por Saneah during the time he was close to the monk, from the age of 16 to 19.
The creation of the Prai Tanee involves selecting a Tanee banana tree that has died naturally while standing, as it is believed that a spirit naturally resides there (For this batch, Ajarn used the primary magical ingredients that were gifted by his revered Master).
The main ingredient in the Muan Sarn is Prai Tanee powder from Luang Por Saneah, bananas offered to the Kruba Ajarns, and powder from the Tanee banana leaf that covered the banana bunch (resembling a mother protecting her child). Added to that collection were soils from 7 cemeteries and 7 temples, ashes from 7 cremation grounds, Wahn 108, Wahn Saneah Jan, Dok Rak Son powder, and Saneah Yaa Faed (Love Potion). The hand made magical powders within this includes Pong Maharartand Pong Itthije, and Ajarn also used an old Prai Tanee Oil to bind the mix.
The Consecration was performed by calling the spirit of the Nang Prai Tanee that resides in the Tanee banana tree to inhabit the amulet. Then, Ajarn invoked the 32 components of the body and the Four Elements to generate strong power. Additional consecration was then done using the Prai Tanee invoking text. The banana is a symbol of success, smoothness, ease, and simple proliferation/growth, because the banana tree is easy to plant and grow. The banana represents fullness and never going hungry. The colour of the banana is golden yellow, representing wealth and richness, and there is a common Thai saying: "Easy as peeling a banana into your mouth" (meaning very easy).
The Tani banana is believed to be the Queen of all bananas, and if it dies naturally while standing it possesses a supernatural power with a spirit residing within. If the mass is properly gathered, propitiated, and consecrated, it will possess a good spiritual energy that can help grant success, smoothness, abundance, prosperity, good fortune/luck, assist with business, work, trade, and negotiations to make them smooth and successful. It brings Metta, Maha Niyom (Great Charm/Popularity), and provides protection from danger, like a mother protecting her child from all harm. To offer/venerate Prai Tanee, offer 1 hand of bananas and plain water. And the Kata for invoking Prai Tanee gives you the chance to make a request or call the spirit to follow you wherever you go.Rare and important magic that takes time to dry as it is a larger talisman.

A Nang Tanee amulet is as rare as the Wicha, and the only other good one I have come across was by the sadly departed Ajarn Phrot. This is an incredibly unusual assembly of items from rare sources to evoke the spirit of Nang Tanee. Legends about her abilities to protect and find love abound and this uses old products from a beloved teacher of Ajarn Apichai, Luang Phor Saneah.
Once these run out, Ajarn will go to collect the materials himself and man, I really want to witness that.
