The Ong Kru Silver 9 Face Buddha by Wat Na Phra Men - Wealth - 2006
The Phra Maha Setthi Nawagot is a representation of the Buddha with 9 faces, which is the act of the Buddha that is believed to bring riches, happiness and overall prosperity to the owner. They are also good for overcoming obstacles and challenges to gain success in quick time, and these amulets are relied upon by Thai Buddhists to help their way in life.

The silver used contains silver Yants for wealth, serm duang, evading obstacles and bad fortune, and bringing a smooth aspect to a successful life. They were made 19 years ago, so to find these new pieces still in their temple cases was a surprise due to their beauty alone.

I got three of these, and they are magnificent.

Measures 2.25" wide and comes with a Buddhist kata.

Magic for an enchanted life that goes on the deity altar, and I can send the original temple box if requested to do so.

  • This is an idea from before the rise in metal prices where the Thai makers produced exquisitely cast items in silver. They showed off the quality of Thai metal work and silver accepts the blessing very well indeed.
