The Teacher Locket of Ajarn Waraa - 2018
   Ajarn Waraa is a legendary maker from way back who was perceived to have made some of the greatest Prai amulets of the past century, especially in relation to his Prai oils. This is the last piece of a batch that was found by his family around 10 years ago and sent to be sold by a dealer friend, and I first came across his work around 9 years ago. They really impressed me.
    This locket was made by a well known monk to honour the memory of Ajarn Waraa and to bring his spirit to his devotees. 
   It has a Muan Sarn of Wahn Dok Thong, Pong Yaa Faet and Pong Athan Saneah that were all blessed and made by Ajarn Waraa. The phials in the back include one of a see pung that was made by Ajarn and the other holds his hair, which holds great spiritual importance because it is the first part of the 32 parts of the body. 
   The Takrut in the back is for Saneah and Good Luck/Good Fortune and the stones at the top are raw Sapphires that are for Serm Duang, the turning over and renewal of the fate. The amulet was blessed and the power of Ajarn Waraa was invited into it by Luang Phor Kittima and an assembly of Ajarns over a 7 day period. This locket allows us to be close to the spirit of an important old Prai Master.
   This measures 1.75" and comes with the modern card of Ajarn Waraa and his original kata. It is the last good example available of this teacher locket as the remaining two are damaged.
